In a newly released video from Russia Today, Syria rebels unveiled a homemade PlayStation-controlled tank named “Sham II” after ancient Syria. The homemade tank, crafted from a car chassis, ressembles a large, rusting metal box more than an official tank, but is outfitted with a turret-mounted 7.62 mm machine gun and five external cameras. Using a PlayStation controller and an LCD screen that shows the external camera footage, a driver can maneuver the tank while another crew member, seated next to the driver, can mobilize the machine gun with a separate controller, Source – Read More www.huffingtonpost.com Need a professional Twitch.tv or Youtube background? 1. Life is too precious for war. Once we realize and look to advancement we can stop the decimation of human lives via machinery aka war

  2. judging on the pic you showed of the ”drone” i think it would blow up with one RPG and it can be stopped with LMG, i really hope the best for the Syrian soldiers and Allah be with them. Yes i’m muslim, don’t hate.

  3. my choice army mule smart (Armed Robotic Vehicle) that follow troop around to haul gear and equipment

  4. you hear that now 30 year old virgins can get off their far ass and go to war

  5. its not called drone…its uav or uv ( unmanned). A drone is a target plane used by the air force to practice air to air combat.

  6. hopefully they Syrian PS3 controller doesn’t “spazz” out like for example, the controller controls it self

  7. First of all, the US Military had to have something to do with it. It’s there way of getting involved without actually committing actual ground forces. Take a look at our past involvements. Secondly, you bring up the point of our Armed forces going the route of Mech warfare. Take a look at the the new US Army drone “Crusher”. Just type in Ultimate Weapons- Crusher into the search box to see what I’m talking about.

  8. What happens when both sides have drones? Human beings who fear for their life will run and surrender. What happens when the war is automated or at least remote controlled? In the end the fastest way to end a war would be things like blockades or other strikes against the civilian population.

  9. A drone could never replace a human… When faced with a tough decision the Instincts of man to act in a moments notice is Not even comparable to a drone.

  10. Battlefield 3… Slowly, slowly coming to life… CONTROL WISE I MEAN!

  11. You gotta play to have fun – - sometimes its fun to chase someone down for their tags. I was cappin bases…I killed over 20 people on this round and only got 1 tag. If i was playing a clan match then I can see the point – but in a public round…. I play to win…but I also play to entertain myself

  12. I would really like to see you stop going for knife kills in your videos. In almost every single commentary I see you going after some guy who doesn’t see you and waste a bunch of time and effort taking his tags. You can see in this video that the guy you were trying to knife killed one of your teammates while you were screwing around trying to get the animation to work. It’s always more efficient to just shoot someone unless you’re trying to be really stealthy or they’re some dumb camper.

  13. America and Britian have had this stuff for years (in vehicles such as the one displayed)

  14. What if the military made a game, where players controlled things, and shot stuff, but unknown to the player, its actually real people.

  15. I think it’ll take a long while before people are actually killing others from the comfort of their home, but it seems plausible that there will be soldiers sitting in the comfort of a base controlling robots.
