  1. some vintage formula 1 cars like those lotus with aerodynamic skirts =)

  2. I have a 1982 210 datsun and for some reason the lights turn on by themselves at night or sometimes in the morning.

  3. Yep I had a 510 back in 76 it was a mess..500 bucks at the wreckers.. and I built it up to a 3/4 race cam with webbers and bigger brakes…discs on the back…(it was a 69 import) that car out handled everything on the road. I did put bigger sway bars on it and I was never scared to go into a corner without brakes before the other guy. I really wished I had raced it on a circuit…sooo much fun.

  4. If it is still available I would suggest to give a review to R(auh)W(elt)B(egriff) and the Porsches they make. Like “Pandora One” “Artois Stella” or Spearmint Rhino.

  5. i will never sell my 1972 510 unless i find a better one for sale!
    hope datsun comeback in 2014.

  6. i would like to try a rotrex supercharger with aem methanol injection kit on the stock motor reworked or even a subaru boxer motor with rotrex supercharger and aem methanol injection kit.

  7. Damn that video brings back memories!!! Had 3 of them growing up, 280Z five speed, 240Z struts up front, L18 w/dual 45DCOE side drafts…LOADS OF FUN!!!

  8. Wow! Datsun had the VTech sound 20 years before Honda lol! That thing sounds awesome!!

  9. Great video! That thing looks like a blast to drive! And the sound….!!!

  10. Great video. I always regret selling mine. Please nissan build us nissan fans another car similar to this to compete with the frs/brz.

  11. ahh ok so the difference is the early 5speed (not having access to one in the states only have the 280z 5speed) and that is the one that needs mods to fit in the us 240 and 260, have done many of the retro fits as a tech working at Zcar Atlanta in my early days. one again thx for the reply

  12. I don’t think US models need to have the shifter hole enlarged, i think the early 5-speed fits right in? There is difference between the 240Z 5-speed and the 280Z 5-speed. I have the rare early euro 5-speed in my European 71′ 240Z.
But there is difference in the bodywork between US and euro/japan. The euro/japan 240Z does not have holes for rear side markers (turn signals). I have a walkaround aroung my bare 240Z here: /watch?v=ZzuUrWWWD38

  13. you are correct Sir found the info online after looking into it. but what is odd is all US models of 240 and 260 have to have the shifter hole enlarged at the back to make the 5 speed fit. Was there a US body and a euro/ japan body? thank you for your comment
