A Perth teenager has admitted hurling a rock from a bridge and smashing the windscreen of a car in which a baby and toddler were travelling. The High Court in Glasgow heard that Paul Booth was walking along a flyover on the city’s Western By-Pass last December when he threw the stone onto the A9 below.
