In other news: Scottish police will be allowed to interview Libyan defector Musa Kusa over Lockerbie. No apologies as the Tories launch their Scottish manifesto. It’s claimed thousands of Scots are being ripped off by telephone and internet providers. This is an international version that may have been edited for rights reasons.
