  1. Ok…I know you just mispoke, anyone could have done it…sorry for being an ass about it, my appoligies.

  2. Memory seats would be awesome, and rear visibility all together needs to be amped up. They’ve tossed the rear spoiler right in the mirrors line of sight.

  3. We’ve had our Volt since september and that’s the last time we put gas in it. It’s very refreshing to pass by Big Oil and stick out your tongue. My only quibbles are: needs power memory seats, rain sensing wipers, HID or LED headlights, wish the engine were atkinson cycle to be more fuel efficient, backup light needs to be brighter, rear view camera needs better low light capabilities.

  4. The spoiler in the back severely limits rear visibility with or without passengers in the back. Leg and head room in the back is plenty.

  5. Sorry, let me correct myself. When the car runs out of battery there is a generator that boots on and uses fuel to power the electric drivetrain. In an electric car I would refer to that as a generator and not an engine because it is not producing ANY RPMs to the car and all of the torque is instant electronic torque.

  6. He lied! He said “there’s absolutely no combustion engine under the hood”!! Of course there is! thats how the car can drive once the batter is depleted, lol…I can’t believe he said there’s no engine….what a huge mistake, haha

  7. How is the leg room in the back?? I am concerned actual comfort and room for adults. How is the rear visibility with people in the back?

  8. As much as it’s a step in the right direction, I doubt it would do any good during winter months.

  9. “It’s a piece of crap. Fucking hybrids”

    AND YOU ARE A BULLSHIT!!!!

  10. They really just need to put them in smart places. Like a movie theaters, since your going to be there for a couple of hours thats a significant charge. Also resteraunts, again a worth wild time to plug in. At a bank? Nooooo, your only there for a couple minutes, worthless to put them there. Smart places is all that’s needed.

  11. yeah it’s definitely a slick design. components will only shrink overtime so it’ll be really cool to see where this goes. considering you’ll probably be designing it someday haha.

  12. Great video Luke! Just looking at the volts design I wouldn’t think it would be electrically powered as it looks kind-of bulky but it seems like it works well! Personally I thought it electric cars would come onto the market looking like the Nissan leaf, so the design is suprising!

  13. Ye, I think when electric cars are being produced by nearly all car companies charging stations will be as common as petrol stations.

  14. Fortunately I had a chance to spend some time in Toronto with this, there is quite a few charging stations there. however when I went home for christmas there was virtually none. Just the one in the next town.

  15. I think there’s something wrong with the audio…we can’t hear your voice after the intro.

  16. Looks awesome, hopefully they will create electric stations powerful enough to refill the battery in minuets.
