I actually talked to Dave from Eutechnyx about that, and he said if there was enough interest it might be ported to Steam/PC, but apparently they feel the interest is mainly for consoles.

BTW cars in this game are At one point strong then sensitive
ur lucky on my xbox version they dont go four wide or three wide at superspeedways they only do two car tantrums till the last lap
