They have distro blocks with reducers. I have one. I believe its 0g in and 2 zero gauge out but come with reducers so you can run smaller commin out or just stuck the 4 gauge in the 0 hole and screw the screw down farther
Casper I got another question say if I run a 0 gauge for a bigger amp and I wnna 4 channel amp for mid and highs how can I make both fit to the distribution block?
Exactly thanks bro
No each amp has its own power and makes its own power
Things will be seperate with 2 amps
Thanks for watching bro
Its better if you can goto the deck but on some amps you can run rca’s out of one amp and into the other. LOL I JUST READ YOUR COMMENT ABOVE HAHA
It will sTay seperate. The amp to the speaker.
Does this combine the wattage of the two amps?
Does this combine the wattage of the two amps?
I have a 2 10 inch subs running off a 600 watt amp i have another 12 inch sub that i want to hook a seperate amp too. If i hook it up the way your video says will that combine all the power or keep it seperate?
Very nice video mate Thanks.
Nevermind casper I got it thanx for video
Ay so when I get a 2nd amp do I gotta run another rca to the deck or where?
Kinda confused by what you say bro. Both amps need a power wire, ground wire, remote wire, and rca’s. Then ya gotta run you speaker wire from your amps to your speakers
i have two amps one for sub that workin my sec amp is for my speaker on the door so if i put the rca jack they will turn on oor do i have to connect wire two the amp to the speaker ?
thank u
You can link them like you say but it would be better to use RCA splitters and make one output turn into 2 for your 4 channel. You can get them off ebay. I suggest Stinger brand. I love mine. Will give you a cleaner signal
true.
+ to + and – to – is wiring in parallel but yea your right bro 12volt has some good diagrams
kicker amps are 2 ohm stable, not 1 ohm. cvx subs are most likely dual voice coil. put 2 subs on 1200watt and 1 to 600watt. or the easiest is all 3 subs to 1200watt amp, wired up in series (positve to positve, negative to negatives) good wiring diagrams at 12volt,com search car audio, subwoofer wiring.
i’d get 1 amp, mono 1 channel- with most power you can buy. hook up all 3 subs to it. you can always adjust the gain down if its too much power. check out hifonics brutus 1700 watts. $200 excellent reviews.(sonicelectronics, com) cvx subs handle tons of power.i have kicker myself.
Hey man, i have a mono block amp running my sub and have recently bought a 4 channel amp for my speakers, when i asked the guy how to wire it up i told him i had 2 rca outs on the back of my deck and i was already using 1 lot for the sub, he said to use 1 rca cable and run it to my four channel and split it at the end so i have 4 inputs, but what i was thinking now i have seen this, should i just link them together, so put the 4 channel first then the mono block after that. sorry im rly confused
All up to you bro. Just remember one important thing. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If an amp seems expensive then there is prolly a reason
LOL thanks for watching
