I mean, the president’s just so eloquent and well-spoken usually and Romney has had more than his share of gaffes leading up to the debate. And yet, most reports have Romney easily winning the first showdown between these presidential candidates. As for highlights – well, let’s see…Romney stood firm in his plan to cut taxes across the board while Obama remained committed to raising taxes on wealthy families. Romney also hammered Obama on the economy while advocating for a smaller government, and defunding PBS.
