The driver, a troubled woman, immediately takes him into her home and cares for him. As the man regains consciousness he is without memory, except for horrific apocalyptic visions that infest his mind like a hallucinatory drug. Over time he decides to help the troubled woman and inserts himself into the seemingly small-town serenity to uncover a mystery, but quickly discovers a dark underbelly where nothing is as it seems.
