The son of an elderly couple who were killed when a train crashed into their car at a level crossing in the Highlands two years ago, is to sue Network Rail. The Scottish Secondary Teachers’ Association says refusing to remove badly-behaved children is leading to staff and pupils being terrorised in the workplace.
