Shreyas and Mayuresh go in search of Sakshi with the police inspector. The inspector also instructs his team to trace Sanjay’s number using the call he made to Patkar’s landline number. Vaidehi’s father, Paranjape sends one of his cars and a driver to facilitate Vaidehi in her search for Sakshi. Sanjay calls Vaidehi and blackmails her. He throws down a pregnant Sakshi from a height with the intention of killing the baby in her womb and manages to escape.

Vibhavari suggests better gifts than car. All members get dressed in various characters like Suhaas as Narad Muni, Vibhavari as Jhansi ki Rani, Upasni as Yamraj, Mayuri as Reporter etc. Vibhavari Tendulkar wins the costume round and the prize too. Baa does not declare her 1st prize. Will Baa disclose her first prize to Gangaram Godbole colony members? Mrs. Tendulkar’ is a unique story of the bank colony members who, work and live together as one big family.
