Scott Thomas, of Oklahoma City, received the keys to 2013 SRT Viper #001 in a special ceremony Jan. 10, 2013, at Conner Assembly in Detroit, where the Viper is produced. Among those on hand were Sergio Marchionne, Chairman and CEO, Chrysler Group LLC and Ralph Gilles, President and CEO SRT Brand. Thomas earned the honor of being owner of the first of the new Vipers after having the winner 0000 bid during a Barrett-Jackson auction last year, benefiting the Austin Hatcher Foundation.
