First up, former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes has been formally charged with DUI. The actress has plead not guilty to the charge which stems from an incident in April where she clipped a police car and allegedly tried to flee the scene. She later refused to submit to a chemical test to determine whether or not she’d been under the influence of alcohol at the time. So while Bynes continues to insist she doesn’t drink, she’s also reached out on Twitter for help from an unlikely source.
