  1. Yeah we know bra, but had to pull it out of the archives though as the kids on FIRE!! we got some fresh stuff of him coming pretty soon too, stay tooned

  2. On ownership cost, the Cadillac will be way higher because they have no resale value.

  3. The three series is the best by far. GM go try to pick on another company that’s way better than you.

  4. Cadillac ATS 2.01 sedan car is great, and BMW 328i sedan car is great too, that’s my friendly cars. Thanks.

  5. u cant have a bmw without being a douche… the caddy stands out more.. everybody wants a beamer but what happens when they get it.. too common…. why not stand out a little?

  6. a V6 ATS would be better were it not for the fact that CUE comes standard on all V6 ATS trims. It’s awful just because it requires too much attention to operate while driving. Whoever designed it must not realize that not everyone has an iPad or SmartPhone. BTW the 3-Series would end up in last place in a Motor Trend shootout featuring the aforementioned Caddy and Mercedes C350.

  7. What’s with all the comments regarding sportiness. And why do the manufacturers place such an emphasis on it. If I want a sport sedan I’ll buy an evo. These cars are about presence and style. In that the Cadillac wins, hands down. Also, we should all agree that the Cadillac will have the lower operating and ownership cost. In this class of cars, mostly leased by people with more credit than sense, that matters!

  8. Dealerships tried to blame the ethanol in the gas however the problem was the high pressure fuel pump and thus As a result, “BMW will extend the emissions warranty coverage period to 10 years or 120,000 miles, whichever comes first, on affected vehicles in all 50 States. If the HPFP fails during the extended warranty coverage period, BMW will replace it with a newer-production version.” it took them roughly 2 years and a couple of law suits

  9. Not here in the northern EU. Don’t hang me up on this, but from what I understand, the issues was mostly due to the low grade north american fuel. We do have quite good jungle juice over here, and it does make a difference:-)

  10. its one thing to have the problem but the technicians at the bmw dealer could not solve the problem did you remember the N54 engine over heating problems, that problem continued for 1.5 years before bmw admitted a problem. for the amount of money they charge for the vehicles you would expect better testing

  11. So they have that. Honestly isnt that what you call a “monday model”? You can buy any car out there and then get a car that is shit. Not meanig to be rude. We got an S6 Avant and before two weeks have passed, the comfort module was gone and we could not open any doors ect. That is not ok, but unfortunatley, one of the pleasures of buying a new car. As our new floor, everything new, is just going down hill, in terms of quality, no matter what it is. Get a Volvo Amazon if you want 100% reliability

  12. Man, a sensible and good answer on utube, that’s rare. Thank you very much.
The diff, hm, not sure I will agree. The 328 got about 60000 miles pushing 600+ sc hp. I did, and still do, take good care of my cars. Track days ect. can wear out any car. Currently I drive a 997-2 and my whife, who is as car nuts as I am, drive a 212 Cabrio. All our cars do see track time, why bother if they did not?

  13. i know car and driver has a 2012 535i and it has lots of issues concerning the electronics, you can read about it on their website

  14. I can appreciate your point of view. I will say that I agree to an extent about “the rest of the car”. In my experience, I feel they do a fine job of putting them together tightly. They use liberal amounts of sound deadening and high density materials so the feel is very solid but I think the drivetrains are behind GM in design philosophy. Actually a nice combo would be an LS7 powered E36 but you’d need to reinforce the rear diff to body mount area first before it cracks. (common problem)

  15. My first car was an E30 325IC (M20), that was a wonderfull car, so was the E36 328I (M52) I had after. My E39, 530i (M54) was without problems too. Prior to what she has now, the wife had an E61, which as you say, is a complicated car, but never an issue, unless you count the styling, lol.
There’s no doubt that the SBC is an awesome engine, I was more thinking about the rest of the car. I drag a ’73 TA myself, which had an SBC, but that is having a new BBC built this winter.
