  1. i think its bcuz they either film in in 4k resolution of its a complacently different format. i always wondered y the quality was so bad to

  2. This guy is BOSS. He drives the cars how they are meant to be driven, even on mountain roads. I’m glad he found the 350Z Nismo to be a better car than the Honda NSX, which most Honda fanboys swear is the ultimate car. Imagine if the GTR was in this comparison, it would’ve blown the competition away.

  3. I think I had to agree, but he wasn’t trying to get the fastest time, he was trying to find the handling limits for all cars – thus he needed constant corrections.

  4. The Tougue is no linear track by any means, his technique was certainly correct, especially with a Mid-Engined vehicle that doesn’t have that much weight on the frontend; those types of adjustments were definitely justified, I can only wish to have that type of control with ease someday.

  5. – Are you trying to tell me that you know more than one of the best drivers in the world? LOL. Come on man. Stop making a fool of yourself. I’m pretty sure Tsuchiya knows A TON more than you do. Considering his professional racing career.

  6. Do you want to compare gear ratios? Because if you do here we go
Plus whatever you said doesn’t matter if he doesn’t rev the Porsche to redline.

  7. – He means that the car is set up for high speed tracks, not short back roads like this one. It’s more of a GT car (hence the name) like the 380. Tall gears means it’s going to be at home on a high speed circuit. Whereas on a short course with lots of turns back to back, it’s going to really have a hard time going anywhere.

  8. i like the drift king, but he did not look all that impressive in the nsx, look like he was sawing at the wheel way too much

  9. the porshe has a boxer engine…. Rev it or your Fucked….

also the Gt3 has its power up the revs as well, thats when the engine opens up 100 %

    their a drivers car.

  10. and which would loss time and it to me is sorta of like most people do lower gears on the street for drag or quick cornering on back roads, these manufactures made the track version which has long straight aways so to me i think they matched up the gear rations with most tracks in mind. Most tracks have atleast 2 long straight ways. Im thinking this is why he says what he says. Shifting looses time, Also diff gears and hp take time to rev to to move the driveshaft and put power to the wheels.

  11. The only thing i could think of in the term of the porche is maybe peak power and torq are in the mid range due to the size of the engine or how porche designed it? Shifting higher would mean less hp and torq and more stress on the motor for lower lap time? umm im trying to think sorta the oposite of the s2000, to where the s2k you hace to keep with in vtec zone and its peak hp is right b4 redline i think at 8600 rpm so matched up with the right gears ratios it would be more optimal less shiftin

  12. Yea that would be redline on a straight, still doesn’t make sense why he’s short shifting. The only instances where it would make sense is on a 1/4 when you can’t put the power down. But not to rev out a 415hp Porsche in 3rd gear…can’t understand it.
