1970 Lamborghini Espada Series II, that’s really insane. That’s not awsome. That’s not fun… Lamborghini SUCKS.
i badly want an espada now
I know the feeling all too well, my parents couldn’t help me financially at all so I put 8k aside each year for the 4yrs that I was in high school It can be done just have to be focused on you dream or goal.
Nicely done! I was searching for used cars one day came across a 914 Porsche. . . parents sadly said no. In any case, all my money is going to college now. . . well whatever I make is!
I really, really want an Espada now.
I never liked the look of this car, until I saw this video. Kinda makes sense now.
It looks like a mach 1
yup,, arron thats what dave davis of automobile Magazine said yrs ago on in the Lambotghini story on sixty minute;s,
yea,,, Its a REAL NOISE AND IT;LL RAISE THE HAIR ON THE BACK OF YOUR NECK.,it just one of the Operatic experiences in life and theres nothing like it,
Hi Arron I had the same book wore it out loking at it for yrs
and i liked the Boxer in there too, as well as the countach,
yea,,, espada’s are reallly cool in the lizard green and the maroon too.
I have a 1975 S3 Im working on- I could not agree more with ALL you said. Have the same book but think I saw it elsewhere first.
That is an amazing car, I’m right there with this guy, I love the older, exotic cars as well, the curves and sleekness is something you can’t find anywhere else, all the muscle cars were and still are all about power, while cars like this one, they’re all about style AND power.
Making salads and wishing dishes 7days a week paid for my two Mercedes Benz I was still in high school at the time ๏̮͡๏
I dont have the money either, I mean I am 19. But that doesnt mean you cant dream about it!
“All while sounding like God singing, ‘Happy birthday.’” That’s why you word for C and D, Aaron.
I love the term “rolling restoration.” I use it for all the cars I buy!
I was thinking a much bigger version of the Alfa Romeo GTV6, except I think the Alfa looks better. . . but nothing beats the sound of the Bizzarrini V12 in the Lamborghini!
W12 and V12 dont sound the same! There is no other engine as smooth and as powerful as a V12(for example the 917/30 had 1200hp from a V12 in the 1970s!)
You can get an Espada for 40 to 50K! its not badly priced. You can get tons of 70s and 80s supercars. My personally favorite is the De Tomaso Pantera. Its got a 351 Cleveland in it. . . but its italian. Or a 308 GTB/GTS, which is in the upper 30s. If you want to take a chance 911s are fairly cheap! You just have to look. Oh and there is the Bentley Turbo R. Sorry for the long comment, i just think about cheap classic cars! I want to own a Murcielago and some classics!
In the junkyard? Nooooooooooo…….. (a la Homer Simpson)
Excellent video, love this car. Robinson has a great sensibility.
