Dude, THANKS SO MUCH, now I see how a bigger rim can be detrimental on off road scenarios, I guess what had me confused was the fact that Monster trucks have HUGE wheel base diameters, and they definitely don’t crumble when they encounter obstacules on the road!. Your reply answers my Monster truck conundrum. xD thnaks again man.
In this case a smaller wheel means there is more tire between the rim & the road. This allows for more shock absorption by the tire before a rock or the edge of a hole can come in contact with the rim.

Wow these guys measured the 0-60 totally wrong it’s 7.1 to 60 in real life.
Because if you hit a rock which is very possible with those 20′s you will break your 20 in rim and the you can’t drive anymore unless you buy a new rim which is very expensive
