31MPG? Is that the best they could do? Naa, I was really thinking about getting that but now, That should get at least 40MPG easy. Lets see, Take out the air condisioning, trade power steering for manual, take some weight off maybe if possible, do away with any polution garbage, and maybe revamp the engine to make better use of the fuel.
