I think that if you restore a car so much it can diminish it. Not saying that its not nice, but it kind of ruins the fact that it is so restored that it is an actual 70 nova. I like to see all the stuff in the car that was in it when it came off of the factory not all of the new bs…

I’ll concede that Toyota isn’t as bad as it used to be. (We’ve been hearing Supra rumors for years so we’ll have to wait and see.)
Lexus’ activities are just marketing gimmicks (LF-A and IS-F excluded). All the new “sport” models are the same thing Toyota has done with the Camry (which felt “grounded to the ground because it was the sports model). Putting a sport button and a new grill doesn’t make something a sports car. The only way to do that is to not make a boring car in the first place.

Totally agree. I think it would actually benefit Aston. Toyota’s engineers are clearly capable of building great supercars. Like you mentioned, just look at the LFA!
