  1. the f12 is relatively new you tool..thats why there no official comparisons/reviews. and what have “fairly high ranking” to do with anything. we are talking about whats considered THE best car here^^
i have not driven either car..neither have you. thats why we talk about reviews and not our own experiences on the road with them.
look up best drivers car 2011 on the site..car and driver.
the 458, gt3 and the gt3 one, two and three respectively

are you deliberately trying to be stupid?

  2. lmao stop embarrassing us belgium people
you don’t know anything wtf Gallardo? it’s a toy! how can you compare it to the Aventador? are you on crack man?
da aventador is much better than all the Lambo before they have done data between the countach, Murcielago and the Aventador, the Aventador was the best
and you talk about the 458 lol just try to beat the Mclaren mpc-12
and you try to bring the Aventador in? are you crazy!

  3. stop being so butthurt, the aventador is crap compared to lamborghini’s other cars the only good thing is the acceleration, the gearbox is rubbish and the performance on race track could be better, the gallardo on other hand is much better but yea. and it’s true infact the 458 is one of the best cars ever made and thats not stated by me but by many prof drivers

  4. I have and I don’t care about the 458 and if you will google it then you will see the Aventador is fairly high ranking and that the F 12 is no were on that list. Have you ever driven either car??……….no so how are you gonna tell me?? and you still haven’t told me what a butthat is.

  5. Could you be any more vague? Okay, since we’re both educated people. Give me the facts, What track where the GT-Rs racing on. What model year where their cars, what were they racing against on the track. What were the track day rules/ restrictions. What tires where the GT-R’ driving on. What mods where done to the GT-R’s. What were the drivers skill level on the track. The track condition, etc? ALL of these are important, and on an AVERAGE track day. Awd wins unless their is a Hp/Tq difference.

  6. My credientials is having driven on over 5 race tracks in but no limited to the United States, Eastern Europe, and Southwestern Asia. I have also been behind the wheel of some of the most high powered classic and modern cars on the market today. So please, stop atting immature with the cruse words. Now…”AWD as a supposed race competent drivetrain” Where talking about fricking ROAD CARS!! Not RACE CARS!! And the GT-R getting it’s ass kicked on the track? By what? Moddd cars? Stock cars? Cont-

  7. Currently a volunteer NASA race official and have previously worked on a Spec Miata team and was part of a Super Unlimited class team a couple years ago, so don’t bullshit me with your claims of knowing what you are talking about bringing AWD as a supposed race competent drivetrain when our GTR owners are begging for RWD conversions since their AWD is getting it’s ass kicked all over the track.

  8. “AWD sucks on tracks dude in 99% of cases. ” So now I’m going to sassume you’ve been to every race track in the world and talked and raced with every car and driver that’s visisted them right? Race vehicles are RWD baised because of the racing class restrictions. I know about race cars and their disticntive dynamics so don’t toss that shit now. No offense but I would now like to here your credentials. Your spunding like a car troll and I’m am not going to waste my knowledge on an idiot.

  9. Have you driven or ridden in an Aventador? It does not feel anything like a super computer. It feels alive, and somewhat brutal, which is a triat crarried down throughout lamborghinis since the Countach. And I did not contradict myself. In my opinion, the Aventador is the highest in its class when you compare it with the other V12 Supercars on the market.

  10. What in the hell are you talking about? Perhaps you should attend track days like NASA or SCCA before you talk.

  11. you have to pull your head out of your ass. sti’s and evo’s are plenty fast for what they are on the track stop comparing apples to oranges. no shit a 70k car is going to beat a 35k car. and ive seen plenty of stis and evos beat m3s around a track

  12. the aventador is a super computer, not to much soul in a car im not fully in control. so id still pick the f12 over it. also you contradicted yourself. you said you dont care what people think or rank it, yet you pick the aventador because its highest in its class.

  13. Nope…even most racetracks. They do dominate in the straights, but unless your racetrack is an oval with no turns or sweepers, it’s going to get annihilated when it comes to corners and they don’t make up enough ground on the straights to cover how badly they get raped in the corners and how much later a lighter car can brake and how much early it can accelerate.

  14. ya destory it on a tight autocross track, even aggressively tuned ones cant hang with exotics on staights where high speed is king

  15. AWD sucks on tracks dude in 99% of cases. That’s why race vehicles utilized RWD and even the AWD vehicles implement a heavy RWD bias. If you are trying to claim AWD makes a car faster around a track, you better consider actually following racing and racing dynamics for once in your lifetime unless you are simply interested in rally racing.

  16. I’m glad someone understands that price and lap times don’t define a car. If that were the only reason to buy a car then amazing machines like Jaguar XK-R’s and Virages would not be present in this world. And that, would truely be a sad thing.

  17. “Am I supposed to care that it has AWD?” Yes, because that greatly changes the dynamics of a vehicle. I have attended real race tracks the VIR and Nordschleife being two of them. I see which cars win and which don’t. Sure you can tune ANY car to beat ANY car, money is the only factor in that. But stock for stock I would bet you both our lives your Miata would never touch an Aventador. Now, as for the SL-C… Have you really stooped so low as to pick kit cars for your comparison?
