  1. That’s a set up that 08 is not a 6spd and does not have 55hp with only a pipe, that’s just a vid to make the evo look good

  2. By far the most annoying and boring voice! I know you can drive…but SHEESH!!! It is making me sleepy when I should be on the edge of my seat… can’t take it anymore….

  3. The conversation at the end redeemed the video. That bike belongs on a motocross track, not a goofy dirt oval (without the atrocious short suspension kit).

  4. your prob right, I never believe numbers on paper, its a good rough estimate.

  5. when you think about it if you were riding a bike with a car right behind you i think you would prefer that the car was in front . i know i would dont wish to get run over. that may well have caused the bike rider to allow the car to win just slightly even if the rider didnt admitt to that problem

  6. Why pick a road racer to run the dirt bike? I’m sure they operate different.

  7. Oh I know that’s why I mentioned the temperature because my first 2 attempts in Texas made only 163/163 indicated, then Out there all conditions were perfect and it indicated 170… I wish the 170 I had video.

  8. Yea or an actual dirt track like the rider said but.. they tried to find a good match

  9. I have a 2010 GSR (with aero) and, While the indicated 170mph I got after a 10,000 mile break in, and on a 23 degree day in death valley isn’t completely accurate, the 155mph isn’t the right top speed either, the Gear limited is supposed to be 163, mine stock did the 1/4 mile in 12.9 fairly consistently and 4.4 0-60. Just wondering if you guys tested those numbers recently?

  10. Indeed. Im going through the tranny this spring! I found the parts just have to wait for income.

  11. You’ll need to sell your soul to keep it running though. Vr4′s like to eat themselves as well. 0 mph doesn’t beat anything. Facts from experience.

  12. Nonsense! A 500cc two-stroke would be more powerful and lighter than this CRF. A KX500 would be perfect (the Honda CR500 has a suicidal power curve).

  13. Couldn’t have picked a better bike.. wish it had full race tune though. Port, polish, piston, etc..

  14. Let the bias be with you.
Ps. Subaru sucks according to every reviewer, and everyone agrees that EVO higher price is justified.
