How can u tell if the transmission has gone bad? My 2001 Mitsubishi diamante does not move anymore. When I put it in drive or reverse, the ‘D’ and ‘R’ just blink. I can’t tell if my transmission is bad or if it’s something else.

Looking on Craisglist, I have found in the past a couple very recent nice cars going for a “too good to be true” price, such as a 2004 Accord going for $1500 and also being sold from a “dealer”. It was explained to me that any random autobody shop could label themselves as a dealer when selling cars, but that doesn’t clear my concern. Could cars like these be the “branded” cars you mention? Cars that were in accidents/wrecks and were cheaply fixed up to be resold?
Do the cats live in that van?
Don’t forget about torque converter whine once the transmission heats up.

I feel like I’m watching a part of Moby’s life, I watched this video first time when I was about 6 or 7 years old. But it takes a fellow to grow up, to actually understand it. My brother gave me Moby’s Ultimate Collection as a gift for a birthday when I was very young, from that day on I still love his music.
