  1. @sxelite12 the cars used here were all in production or not too long out of production at the time. The supra had been out of production for a while.

  2. cause supra its not an endurance race neither stability car. Supra is a pure touring racer.

  4. The newspaper weather report at 01:32 said 39.5 and 40.2, using degrees Celsius of course and presumably the Low and the High forecasts. Since human body temp is normally 37 C or 98.6 F, any outside temp above 32 C is considered getting too warm for comfort.
I’m interested to know what sort of math you used to come-up with 89 F from either of those temps.

  5. Damn, the S2000′s durability is amazing. Those tires are still usable.

  6. When the plates went on, the Evo still has the advantage. The placement of the plate on the Evo doesn’t affect anything and it doesn’t really block anything. There’s nothing in that corner hole. HA. Love you Mitsu for side placement of the plate.

  7. i dont think you understand. They showed the temperature early on at 37 Celsius with the pavement temperature at 42 celsius. Translated into Fahrenheit, thats 96degrees air temperature and 107 degrees road temp. Besides, youre driving normal, i doubt you’re racing your car at the level these guys are. Dont get full of urself just b/c you drive in texas. i doubt your shitty honda civic can even compare to these cars, buddy.

  8. lol. I’m watching this, and they put so much emphasis on the heat and how hot it is; at 89 degrees. Really? Is 89 so scorching hot in Japan? I’m from Texas, and last summer it was well above 100 and my air conditioner went out due to excessive use. I just opened a window and turned on the fan. I’d like to see these cars race in some real heat. Then we’ll see the true limits of the cooling systems.

  9. Such a sham, the Hondas were all truly stock the other cars were using crazy fluids. 60 weight oil in the Evo? Give me a break….

  10. Tsukuba = Best Circuit in the world, and also Nurburgring and Bathurst!!! :D

  12. they are kinda heavy and they dont have that much track potential even though they got power

  13. Because this is probably a test done for cars that were still in production back in whenever this was filmed?

  15. EVOOOOOO 555555555555555555. AAHHHHHHHH I had the American Version which is Mitsubishi Mirage, I hated it but if it was a freaking EVO 5 I would’ve never sold it, and it was automatic, so it sucked very much.

  16. 33C that is no average day.. i think on a cooler day, they wouldn’t have had them issues, especially with more modern cooling systems.
