Beautiful Swedish car, SAAB 9-5.

I am really into SAAB cars; I own a 2003 9-3 that I am very fond of. I put together this video, from different clips, for the new Saab 9-5. I think the new 9-5 is very stylish in design and sporty in performance. I am seriously considering buying one and when I do I will be sure to make a video to share how I feel about Saab’s great cars

  1. i know what you are talking about. and you’re right on that.
recently i’ve bought myself a saab 9-3 (2003). i am totally in love with this car.

  2. not talking about the engine to be honest… but the fact that even using american tech it still has the interior and exterior design of a european car, im talking about the gauges, funky saab air vents, doorhandles – how the whole thing comes together and still has a constant light theme/language when you look at it in the dark or light…. it’s not always better but surely you will agree that americans cars just aren’t made that way no matter how they try

  3. Saab engines weren’t gm till 2000 something. They are still saabs design though, not gm, it’s just manufactured by them.

  4. hate to disappoint you – but do some research on the ENGINE of this saab. who built it?

  5. i’d say it works with the design of this car pretty well… not the others it’s used in tho :)

  6. if i had to describe this car’s design in 3 words…. – PROPER EUROPEAN CAR. mericans jsut don’t know how to do this.
sad to see it go… i love audis and bmw’s with a occasional merc or even a volvo… but they all look so boring without a saab mixed in between from time to time

  7. Chinese finance and another source.
The electric description (version) is actually a Hybrid… other car makers cannot use that name as it’s a Toyota trademark but I’ve read Saab are thinking of revamping the 9-3.
It will still be manufactured in Trollhatton, Sweden.

  8. are you talking about the electric car made by the chinese supposed to be released in 2014?

  9. So damn glad they’re back in business,,, my next purchase will hopefully be the possibly revamped 9-3 for 2014-15.
    Cheers from Australia.

  10. i just dont like the Chevrolet Steering wheel !!! it throws me right off. not a fan of that shape. the least they could do was just put the saab badge on there, might mask it hahah. but im just right picky

  11. Saab is still alive people. They made a comeback. There is 2012 Saab in the market. They’re big in europe too so don’t be sad people.

  12. Goodbye Saab, thanks for making the best cars in the world, I wil miss you, Move Your Mind.

  13. Great video for a great car… makes me want to buy one more than ever!!! Thanks for taking the time to put this together

  14. Well this is a SAAB 9-5 aero. And what you did is stole the video off of Saab’s website before it shutdown. You changed the music to shit so high five idiot!!

  15. I am currently in the market for a 2014 Ford Fusion. The reason is that I have it on reserve for when I am back home. Now that I look at this car again, I am still in love with the design. Also the car will definitely be a collectable maybe in 20 years. That is only because the company tanked while producing the last car it will ever make and people still consider it sexy. Then again if they produced to many it may not. If anyone has one please make films for youtube. I maybe a Sabb owner soon.

  16. End of 80′s if I recall correctly, making the 9000 the last SAAB (to date) with their own chassis.

NG900 launced in 1994 was the first to use some Opel chassis GM forced on them, and you can tell from the handling. After the 9000 they were never really the same.

Although the 2011 9-5 with a sport chassis got very close to how great the 9000 was, it still had something that felt a bit “off” about it. Very good considering the reworked Opel chassis.
