STUART, FL – Martin County Sheriff’s Office detectives have announced the arrest of a Stuart used car dealership operator and mechanic on fraud charges. According to detectives, Plottys Discount Motors on NW 16th Place was being investigated during the month of July after detectives received a complaint from a citizen on odometer fraud.
