Yea anyone can go and buy something on their own but when it’s expensive and they are in a marriage it’s different and I explained why in other comments. The point is you can’t be completely liberated and independent within a marriage it just doesn’t work, and that’s what the commercial is against but it’s the reality. Some of them were acting abusive others were simply reacting in anger, like if a woman went and spent a lot of money behind her husbands back, even if it’s with their own money they are still married to each other and don’t like their spouse doing things behind their back because it breaks trust and partnership. So they were reacting because they were hurt. Everyone has a right to be mad if they don’t agree with what their partner did, I don’t condone being abusive though.
