The music is terrible? ._. It’s one of my favorite OST’s of all time IMO, it adapts to the racing ambient and it is quite well done.

Oh man I loved this game when I was a kid would love to own it again. First car game to get me hooked to that genre.
I wish they could put a dream factor in the sequel if they make one. If they do make sure to have all of the cars in arcade mode.
wasted hours of my life with this game when i was ten lol. looking back on it im shocked how many cars were in that game.

I wish they made a ten year anniversary for this game it’s been 10 years already, and I have the game and working since it came out. Awesome game! And I play it on Xbox 360 thank goodness it works on it

don’t hit me! but in fact the sega GT series was intended to be the dreamcast and xbox gran turismo, if gran turismo wasn’t so popular and so successful and a console saller sega might wouldn’t bother with this game, it said even when GT3 released and it’s on everyone’s mind sega still insist and released this game on xbox which was supposed to be for the DC.
The music in this game is awesome.
The narrator on this video sounds like a big GT fanboy. First of all the game was first made for the Sega Dreamcast, you are correct. But when the Dreamcast was discontinued in 2001 they CODED the game to work for Xbox. The game brought new things to the Racing Game market, things that at the time GT 3 did not even think of. The graphics may be bland, and “murky” because at the time of 2001 we didn’t have all this HD, blueray goodness we have now. This game holds an 80% Metacritic score. Cheers.
360 has a lot of goog titles though and the Forza series is great.

Just get a used copy of this. It’s one of the Xbox games availible for playing on the disc on 360. unless you have a unofficial hard drive. i also want you to know about Sega Gt Online, the expanded version of the game. It’s not on XBLA.

menu looks exactly like flatout 2 and UC….
when it comes to gameplay, i’d say, it’s a crashday with much less realistic physics…

Google “why Minecraft isn’t on Steam” for the full story. But basically, there are limits with Steam and how content can be delivered. Along with some pricing issues as far as how much the developer gets, and other criteria that prevents certain developers from publishing through Steam.

The cars in the game are just based on real life cars, either regular road cars, exotic cars, or cars from pop culture. So it’s not exactly a General Lee, but it’s meant to mimic it.
Why is the general lee on the cover?
Unfortunately, current Steam guidelines prevent quite a few indie games from being on the service. It’s also why Minecraft isn’t on Steam.
